Haresh Vataliya joined vTech as Director and Chief of Operations in 2014. Mr. Vataliya brings more than 15 years of IT industry experience to vTech. Prior to joining the company, he served as Managing Director of FTI Consulting where he executed and introduced value-added offerings for clients and worked on the development of competitive solutions. His key responsibilities include managing data processing, data analysis, data migration and the production of millions of documents. Assisted by a team of more than 30 members, he worked on multi-terabyte database maintenance, developing custom solutions with rapid turnaround. Earlier, Mr. Vataliya worked as a Senior Software Engineer, where he designed, developed, integrated, and implemented enterprise-level information systems, managing a large team of resources.
Senior Business Development Manager (Government)
Michael Dement possesses 22 years of business development experience in the Government domain. He has generated more than $80 million in government contracts though teaming agreements during his professional career, with various organizations. Prior to joining vTech, he held key positions at various companies, including serving as Director of Marketing, President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Finance Officer, and Director of Human Resources.
Michael is dedicated to giving back to his peers and coworkers. His main goal is to assist the company in its growth. Over the years, Michael has served as a speaker to Federal Agencies and aKey Note Speaker for over 30 events. Michael graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
Senior Business Development Manager
Victor is an IT recruiting and Business Development professional with more than fifteen years of documented success and advanced experience in the areas of recruiting, consultative sales, and strategic business planning. He has worked for major IT giants like Robert Half, GE, and IKON. His strengths include excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to develop instant rapport and build relationships with C-Level executives and high level IT candidates. He is passionate about putting people to work and assisting them in bettering their lives.
Key Account Manager
Sahil is vTech’s Key Account Manager having more than 10 years of industry-wide experience in the field of Technical Recruitment & Management. Sahil Khan has developed into an established and trusted partner who achieves exceptional results rapidly and efficiently. A result-driven and focused leader, he has the ability to quickly build relationships with clients, partners, management, and co-workers. Sahil has successfully developed strategies and approaches to aid program requirement refinement, which enables contractors to propose and deliver effective and quantifiable improvements to program delivery. He oversees vTech’s relationships with key clients’ accounts and has recently been tasked with new business development, forming global strategic partnerships to facilitate vTech's expansion plans. Mr. Khan has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Pondicherry University.
Senior HR Manager
Suketu is a student of ‘Organization Cultures’ of various organizations. His focus is to design appropriate ‘Human Resource Systems’ which will help the organization to manage its human resource. Suketu bring more than 8 years of experience in HR Systems Designing and Training Interventions. He is a Post Graduate in Marketing & Human Resource Management and has completed a Management Development Program from XLRI Jamshedpur. He is also a certified consultant of Extended DISC, Finland. His deliverables in HR Systems include Designing/Redesigning the Organization Structure, Roles & Responsibilities Mapping, Developing the Employee Policy Manual, Designing and Implementing the Performance Management System, with experience in Competency Mapping. Apart from the HR Systems, he has expertise in Statutory Compliance.
Senior Technical Recruiter
Gyaan is a seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter responsible for managing talent acquisition and recruiting functions, including talent acquisition strategy development, vendor and process management, and employment branding initiatives, and the management and coaching of full, life-cycle recruiters. He provides full life-cycle recruiting support for various roles within the organization, as needed, and collaboration on workforce planning and employee retention efforts. Gyaan has earned aPost-Graduation Diploma in Computer Applications from Madurai Kamraj University.
Jeremy Kaherl is a graduate with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science in Applied Electronics and Computer Technology. He is currently contracted to the State of Maine as a Client Technology Specialist where he performs tier I and tier II technical support via telephone utilizing remote desktop applications and desktop support for a wide variety of hardware & software issues for several government agencies.
Robert Royal is highly-motivated professional in the telecommunication industry, capable of installing & maintaining all levels of equipment as well as infrastructure. He has installed Voice & Data systems for many nationally-recognized agencies including: Veterans Affairs, Coast Guard, Naval Warfare Command, NSA, FBI, CIA, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Park Police and the White House staff. He has also installed and maintained systems for the private sector, such as Bechtel, Verizon, AT&T, and DC Government. Robert has a very diverse background and capabilities in outside & inside infrastructure and is certified in security, CCTV, Voice & Data. He can manage a project from the cradle to the grave and do site surveys, create a bill of materials, logistics and procurement, perform installations and provide deliverables such as CAD drawings and hardware & software certifications. His training and certifications started in the United States Marine Corps and has continued yearly in helping him stay abreast of current technology.
